Joyoung Makes Its Hong Kong Debut with Soymilk Maker and IH Rice Cooker

Joyoung Automatic Nutritional Soymilk Maker

The new soymilk maker offers quieter operation, enhanced health benefits, improved nutrition, and greater convenience:

• Ultra-quiet Operation: Features a BLDC frequency conversion motor with magnetic drive, reducing noise to 35 dB compared to traditional machines’ 70-80 dB. Design elements include a 2.3mm thick inner pot, four-blade steel cutter, motor soundproofing, and 2.5mm soundproof shell, achieving 82% less vibration noise than previous models.
• Low-purine Technology: Employs a two-stage constant temperature purine reduction process, reducing purine content by 56% (less than 12mg per 100g of soymilk).
• Enhanced Nutrition: Utilizing Joyoung’s patented 99-micron brewing technology, produces finer particles (99μm vs 345μm) and 122% more soluble protein (7.8g vs 1.4g) compared to previous models.
• Smart Features: Includes self-cleaning and sterilization functions with 99.9999% sterilization rate, 11 preset functions, and access to over 150 cloud-based recipes via QR code.

Joyoung IH Rice Cooker

Features medical-grade stainless steel inner pot with patented technologies for superior cooking results:

• Zero-coating Design: Uses 316L medical-grade stainless steel inner pot, eliminating chemical coating concerns and offering 3.5 times greater hardness than traditional models.
• Advanced Heating: Combines surrounding and top heating for uniform temperature distribution, enabling Maillard reaction at 120°C for enhanced flavor.
• Innovative Surface Technology: Features micro-pit array design increasing surface area by 37.4%, reducing rice sticking by 35% through improved moisture film formation.
